EXPRESS YOURSELF!Nowadays it's getting really easy to comunicate and share each one ideas. At least that's what it seems.In fact giving anybody the chance to express their opinions and to discover other's ones may lead to the opposite effect making us fear other people's view about us. If we think about it people judgement is the highst barrier to overcome to feel free to let ourself come out. But to be happy we shoul not build a cage for our expressions, ideas and likings and hide them. We should not let ourself bury our personality 'cause of others. Are they more important than ourself!?
It doesnt matter whats inside you. What counts is to let ourself free and not be the builder of our feelings'cell. Hope you'll follow this little tip and learn to love yourself at least as much as you'd love someone else. Stop being so critic when it comes to yourself!
